Why: This is an automatic out-of-office reply from an external contact (Morrison Express Logistics) in response to a previous email about a company trip proposal for 80 pax. The message itself contains no new trip facts or client enquiry; it is an existing case update. It should be attached to the existing conversation thread. Worker decision: AI suggests existing-case update; human/router match required before mutation.

Hi John,
Thanks for your email,
Preferable to avoid school holiday periods, as many of our employees may already have personal travel plans. In addition, airfares and accommodation rates are typically higher during these peak seasons. Just to clarify that the 4 groups of 20 will be traveling on a different date. It can also be of a different destination. The room configuration will be twin rooms, but we are open to the possibility that our staff may want to top up the difference for a single room instead. We don’t require any gala dinner or team building activities It would be good that there will be a Singapore Tour Manager to accompany the group so that this person can liaise with local tour. We have several Muslim colleagues so would be good if the hotel breakfast is halal certified or the sightseeing places have some halal food.
I hope the above clarifies your queries. Please feel free to let me know if you require any further information or clarification.
Thank you.

Subject: RE: Request for Company Trip Proposal and Quotation (3D2N for 80 Pax)
Hi Jeanette
Thank you for reaching out to us about your company trip. A 3D2N getaway for 80 colleagues is a great way to reward the team and build some shared memories, and we would be glad to put together something that works well for a group of that size.
With a budget of around SGD 1,500 per person inclusive of return flights, short-haul regional destinations are the natural fit for a 3D2N programme, giving the team a proper change of scene without a long journey. Bali and Bangkok are two of our stronger picks for a group this size — both have good 4* hotel inventory, plenty of choice for group dining and team-building, and are straightforward to run smoothly for 80 pax split into groups of 20. Phuket, Ho Chi Minh City and Bintan/Batam are also worth considering, depending on whether you are leaning toward a beach-resort or a city experience.
To firm up the destination options with detailed itineraries and costings, could you share a few details:
Preferred travel dates (or a target month), and whether any air tickets have already been booked, including any split-flight needs across the groups of 20 Room configuration — number of single vs. twin/double rooms Whether you would like a welcome or gala dinner, and any team-building or CSR activities Whether you require a Singapore Tour Manager to accompany the group Any dietary restrictions or other special requests Once we have these, we will prepare a couple of destination proposals with itineraries and costings for your consideration ahead of your 15 July timeline.
Regards
John @ MICE Team

Why: Clear corporate MICE enquiry from Morrison Express Logistics for 80 pax, 3D2N, budget SGD 1500/pax, before Dec 2026. Follow-up email provides additional preferences (avoid school holidays, groups of 20, twin rooms, halal breakfast, Singapore Tour Manager). Sufficient signal for planner review; missing exact destinations and dates but these are typical negotiation points. Worker decision: Qualified lead has enough signal for planner review; enqueue trip brief extraction.
