Hi Jeanette
Thank you for your patience while we checked the preliminary options with our ground partners.
Based on your preference to avoid school holiday periods, we are looking at travel windows around late August or early October for the four groups. These periods should generally be better for both airfare and hotel availability compared with school holiday peak periods.
At this stage, we have shortlisted Bangkok and Bali as two possible 3D2N company trip destinations for the four groups of approximately 20 pax each.
Option 1: Bangkok, Thailand
Base Price: SGD 755/pax (+SGD300~500 for airfare) Proposed program: Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok
Upon arrival, the group will be met by the local guide and transferred into the city. The afternoon can include Platinum Mall / city shopping time, followed by dinner and an evening visit to the Asiatique area.
Day 2: Floating Market, Railway Market and Dinner Cruise
After breakfast at the hotel, the group will visit Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, including a canal boat experience, followed by Maeklong Railway Market. In the afternoon, the group returns to Bangkok for ICONSIAM / SookSiam, followed by a Chao Phraya dinner cruise.
Day 3: Bangkok City Sightseeing and Departure
After breakfast, the group will visit selected Bangkok landmarks such as Wat Arun, Wat Pak Nam and Khlong Bang Luang before lunch and transfer to the airport for the return flight.
Accommodation:
The working hotel option is Al Meroz Bangkok, a 4-star Bangkok hotel with halal-certified breakfast available. Final hotel confirmation will depend on room availability for the selected travel dates.
Option 2: Bali, Indonesia
Base Price: SGD 660/pax (+SGD300~500 for airfare) Proposed program:
Day 1: Arrival in Bali, Nusa Dua / Uluwatu Area
Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, the group will be met by the local representative. Subject to flight timing, the programme can include the Nusa Dua / Tanjung Benoa area, followed by Uluwatu or Melasti Beach, Kecak Dance and dinner before hotel check-in.
Day 2: Ubud / Kintamani Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, the group will proceed for a full-day sightseeing programme covering selected Bali highlights such as Batik / Celuk village, coffee plantation, Kintamani volcano view, Alas Harum and local shopping stops, with lunch and dinner included.
Day 3: Departure
After breakfast, the group will check out and transfer to the airport. If flight timing permits, we can include light sightseeing or shopping before departure.
Accommodation:
The working hotel options are 4-star Kuta-area hotels such as Mamaka Kuta Beach by Ovolo or Tribe Kuta Beach. Final hotel selection will depend on availability for the selected travel dates.
Both options Can be arranged on a twin-sharing basis, with single-room top-up available for staff who prefer their own room. We will also plan for halal-friendly meal arrangements, especially given your Muslim colleagues’ requirements. Each group of around 20 pax will be accompanied by a Singapore Tour Manager. Each group can choose any 3D2N period within these windows, you can provide multiple preferred choices so that we can further check availability for you Please let us know which destination your management prefers, and what time windows you prefer. Once we have your preference, we can firm up the exact dates, hotel availability and final quotation for the four travel groups. Regards
John @ MICE Team

Why: This email is a reply from the MICE team to a client's original request for a company trip proposal. It provides two destination options and discusses logistics, indicating it is an update to an existing case. No new lead is being created; the conversation is ongoing. Worker decision: AI suggests existing-case update; human/router match required before mutation.

Why: The email is a follow-up from the MICE department to a client, providing two 3D2N trip proposals for a company trip of 80 pax. It is part of an existing case (previous request for proposal), not a new lead. Business line is clearly MICE. Trip facts extracted: two destination options, party size 80, travel window late Aug/early Oct. No client budget stated. Missing fields include exact dates and destination preference. Recommended next action is to attach to the existing case. Worker decision: AI suggests existing-case update; human/router match required before mutation.

Why: This is an automated undeliverable bounce notification from the mail server, not a client enquiry or business communication. The original message was a MICE-related proposal reply, but the bounce itself is a system admin notice. No trip facts are present. Classified as finance_or_admin and recommended for admin routing. Worker decision: Finance/admin item; not a sales lead.

Subject: RE: Request for Company Trip Proposal and Quotation (3D2N for 80 Pax) Hi Jeanette
Regards

Why: This is a clear MICE lead from a client requesting a company trip for 80 pax. The email from Dynasty Travel's MICE team includes detailed proposals with itineraries and pricing. The lead is well-formed and ready for planner review once the client confirms preferred destination and dates. Worker decision: Qualified lead has enough signal for planner review; enqueue trip brief extraction.
